Lai-Lyn graduated with an MA in Innovation Management from Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design in 2010. Her role as Business Research intern for DAC was to liaise with the business community and to support the DAC Research Centre develop commercial contracts and relations with businesses. She freelances as a trade show consultant for Fairs Connection Sdn Bhd, which allowed Lai-Lyn to grow her network bridging industries in many countries. Whilst at University, she took up the New Creative Ventures course run by London Business School and University of the Arts London and spearheaded one of the business projects that was picked for business plan development.
