Francis graduated from the BA Fine Art course at Chelsea College of Art and Design in 2009. As DAC intern he works on a number of cycle security focused projects. He also took part in a project led by DAC and hosted by the Southbank Centre, investigating opportunities to work with young people who are using the Southbank Undercroft space as a public tagging/graffiti art site, and other stakeholders to promote arts practice and mitigate stakeholder conflicts. Francis also works as an Artist in London.
