MA Industrial Design students were asked to research and document a visual narrative relating to issues of crime in and around cycle parking and storage facilities and to create proposals for a secure cycle parking facility to be located in the Southampton Row / Theobald’s Road site. Solutions could have been high-tech or lo-fi, depending on designer’s strengths, aspirations, and understanding of the problems.
